HOW DO I JOIN?
It’s easy and FREE! To become a My Harkins Awards Member, visit Harkins.com/Awards/Signup or download the Harkins Theatres mobile app from Google Play or the Apple App Store.  You can also sign up at any Harkins Theatres location.

DO I NEED A PHYSICAL MEMBERSHIP CARD TO EARN AND REDEEM AWARDS?

No, you can begin using your membership immediately after signing up online by downloading a digital card to your smart phone, providing your phone number when making purchases or you can request a physical card at any Harkins Theatres location on your next visit.


WHAT DO I GET AS A MY HARKINS AWARDS MEMBER?

$5 Award for every 200 Points earned to use at concessions (Points are earned for all Qualifying Purchases)

$5 Birthday Treat Award to use at concessions (excludes alcohol). Valid for 14 days.

DO I EARN POINTS WHEN USING A VIP DISCOUNT TICKET?

Yes! Just present your membership information and VIP discounted ticket(s) will earn two (2) Points upon use at the theatre box office regardless of the total cost of the ticket.  Points are not earned for the purchase of VIP discounted tickets.


HOW CAN I EARN POINTS?

By doing what you already do - go to the movies at Harkins Theatres!  Members will earn Points by presenting their My Harkins Awards number or their digital/physical membership card when making purchases.

You will receive one (1) Point for each dollar spent on Qualifying Purchases (see below).

You will receive one (1) Point for each dollar spent in Harkins Gift Card purchases or reloads of $50 or more in a single transaction, in theatre or online at Harkins.com/Store

You will earn two (2) Points upon use of VIP discounted tickets at the theatre box office or online regardless of the total cost of the VIP discounted ticket.


DO I EARN POINTS WHEN USING A GIFT CARD FOR PAYMENT?

Yes! You will receive one (1) Point for each dollar spent when using your Harkins Gift Card as a form of payment on Qualifying Purchases.


WHAT ARE QUALIFYING PURCHASES?

Qualifying Purchases include: movie tickets purchased at the theatre box office, ticket kiosks, Guest Services, Harkins Online Ticketing or through our vendors MovieTickets.com, Fandango, and Atom Tickets.  Concession items, café items, PlayCenter tickets, Big Party Popcorn, alcoholic beverages (except where prohibited by applicable law) and select online purchases made at Harkins.com/Store are also included.

Qualifying Purchases do not include: purchase of concession vouchers, purchase of auditorium rentals, field trips, fundraiser programs, arcade games. Use of free passes or purchases made using My Harkins Award Dollars, Popcorn Awards, or any other Awards are also not eligible for Point accumulation. Please note that Harkins Gift Card purchases and Harkins VIP discount tickets accumulate Points separately (see “How can I earn Points?”).


DO I EARN POINTS WHEN USING A FREE MOVIE PASS?

Any free passes including Readmit, Admit One, Employee Guest, Guild Membership, Platinum, PlayCenter, Run of Engagement, Season, Variety Cinema and Will Rogers Golden Movie passes are not eligible for Points accumulation.


WHEN ARE MY POINTS POSTED TO MY ACCOUNT?

Points for Qualifying Purchases and VIP discount tickets will be loaded immediately upon purchase.  Points for Gift Card purchases or reloads of $50 or more or other limited time bonuses will be posted within 24 hours.


WHERE CAN I SEE MY CURRENT POINT BALANCE?

You can view your Points online by logging into your membership at Harkins.com/Awards or by accessing the Harkins Mobile App through your mobile device.


DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?

Accumulated Points will only expire after 180 days of membership inactivity.


WHAT ARE MY POINTS GOOD FOR?

Award Dollars!  Every 200 Points accumulated will be automatically converted into a $5 Award, worth five (5) Award Dollars that can be redeemed toward the purchase of PlayCenter tickets, Big Party Popcorn, concessions, café items, and more. Alcoholic beverages are excluded.


HOW SOON WILL I BE ABLE TO USE THE $5 AWARDS I’VE EARNED?

Award Dollars are available for immediate use once issued. Points convert to Award Dollars almost immediately after reaching 200. 


HOW DO I REDEEM MY AWARD DOLLARS?

Just present your membership number or digital/physical card at any Harkins Theatres Concessions stand when making a purchase and ask them to apply your Award Dollars to your purchase!


DO AWARD DOLLARS EXPIRE?

Don’t let that happen! Points expire after 180 days of inactivity on the membership but Award Dollars will expire 180 days from the date of activation if not redeemed regardless of membership activity. 


IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF POINTS I CAN EARN?

There is no limit to the number of Points or Award Dollars that can be accumulated, however they do expire after 180 days of membership inactivity.


HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY HARKINS AWARD DOLLARS?

Automatically and digitally! Every 200 Points accumulated will be automatically converted into a $5 Award, worth five (5) Award Dollars, and added to your membership.  You will receive an email notification when you receive your $5 Award.


I HAD OVER 200 POINTS, WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM?

Every 200 Points accumulated will be automatically converted into a $5 Award and deducted from your Point balance.  A $5 Award is worth five (5) Award Dollars and added to your membership.  You will receive an email notification when you receive your $5 Award.


CAN I SEND OR GIFT MY AWARDS TO OTHER PEOPLE?

You can bring a friend and treat them when you redeem your Awards, but Awards themselves are not transferable to another membership.


WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY MEMBERSHIP NUMBER IS LOST OR STOLEN?

Physical membership cards are not required; however, if your membership number is lost or stolen, you can contact any Harkins Theatres location or Guest Services at Contact Us or GuestServices@harkins.com.


WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FORGET MY LOGIN INFORMATION?

From the login screen, select “reset password” and follow the instructions provided.  If you are still having trouble logging in, please request assistance with the details through Contact Us or GuestServices@harkins.com.


HOW DO I UPDATE MY MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION?

You can update your information online by logging into your membership at Harkins.com/Awards or by accessing the Harkins App through your mobile device.


MY POINT BALANCE IS INCORRECT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You can review your Points History when logged into your membership. If any transactions are missing or appear to be incorrect, please email us with the details through Contact Us or GuestServices@Harkins.com for assistance.


DO BIRTHDAY TREAT AWARD DOLLARS EXPIRE?

Don’t let that happen! Birthday Treat Award Dollars are available to use for up to 14 days once they have been awarded so you have plenty of time to celebrate at the movies.


HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY BIRTHDAY TREAT AWARD?

Automatically and digitally! A $5 Birthday Treat Award is issued to your membership 7 days prior to your registered date of birth and is valid for up to 14 days. You will receive an email notification when you receive a Birthday Treat Award.

HOW DO I ADD MOVIES TO MY WATCHLIST?

It’s easy, all you have to do is login to your My Harkins Awards membership and click the Watchlist icon in the top right corner of the movie poster you are interested in.


WHAT IS A DIGITAL GIFT CARD?

Digital Gift Cards are just like physical Gift Cards except that they are delivered via email. 


CAN I SEND A DIGITAL GIFT CARD TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Yes, digital Gift Cards make a great gift and can be sent via email.


HOW DO THE DIGITAL GOODS WORK?

Digital goods will be sent to your email address and can be added to your My Harkins Awards membership.


CAN I SEND DIGITAL GOODS TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Yes, digital goods make a great gift and can be sent via email.


WHAT PASSES CAN BE USED AT HARKINS.COM?

Re-Admit, VIP Gold and Camelview at Fashion Square Re-Admits with a QR code and PIN can be redeemed online. Special Harkins Film Fest passes can also be redeemed online. Surcharges may apply.


HOW DO I REFUND MY TICKET?

If you are a My Harkins Awards member, you can process a refund and cancel your tickets online. Once you are in your My Harkins Awards Dashboard, select the movie tickets you would like to cancel and select “Cancel Reservation.” Qualifying purchases for online refunds can be processed at any time up to two hours prior to your reserved showtime to the original form of singular credit or debit payment. Credits on any service fee(s) charged on the ticket(s) are only available if you are a My Harkins Awards member who paid for your ticket with a credit or debit card and choose to receive your refund to your My Harkins Awards cash balance.  If you are not a My Harkins Awards Member or need to cancel less than two hours before your reserved showtime, please contact your local Harkins Theatres location. HOW DO I DELETE MY MEMBERSHIP?

To delete your My Harkins Awards membership please click HERE , select “Change or Modify My Membership” and then select “Merge or Delete Your My Harkins Awards Membership”. If you have a current cash balance or any digital goods, please contact Guest Services at 480-627-7777 or email GuestServices@Harkins.com


I HAVE MULTIPLE MEMBERSHIPS WHAT DO I DO?

To merge your My Harkins Awards memberships please click HERE  and enter your My Harkins Awards card number and associated phone number, select “Continue” and then “Confirm” to merge. WHAT ARE MY MOVIE MEMORIES?

My Movie Memories allows My Harkins Awards members to store digital ticket stubs from all their past Harkins movies and leave your Harkins rating and review.

HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY POPCORN PERKS?

To activate your Popcorn Perks, you first must add it to your account HERE . Once you have entered your 16-digit number and 4-digit PIN, select “Activate.” Once activated, Popcorn Perks are valid for up to 12 months of popcorn or 36 Popcorn Awards, whichever comes first.

WHAT ARE POPCORN PERKS?

A delicious added benefit to your membership!  Popcorn Perks includes a medium popcorn with the purchase of a movie ticket (valid for up to a 12-month period or a maximum of 36 Popcorn Awards, whichever comes first). You will receive one Popcorn Award per active Popcorn Perk per visit on your membership for each ticket transaction. 


WHAT ARE POPCORN AWARDS?

With Popcorn Perks you receive a medium popcorn with the purchase of a movie ticket (valid for up to a 12-month period or a maximum of 36 Popcorn Awards, whichever comes first). You will receive one Popcorn Award per active Popcorn Perk on your membership with your ticket purchase. If you would like to receive multiple Popcorn Awards with your ticket purchase, you can add additional Popcorn Perks for only $30 each. Popcorn Awards are added to your membership digitally and are valid up to 180 days once issued.  When you are at Concessions, just provide your digital or physical membership card to redeem! May only be redeemed by household members.


HOW DO I PURCHASE POPCORN PERKS?

You can purchase online HERE or by downloading the mobile app from Google Play or the Apple App Store and logging into your current membership. You can also purchase Popcorn Perks at any Harkins Theatres location (also see “Can I gift Popcorn Perks to someone else?”).

Definitely!  You can add as many as you want to a single My Harkins Awards membership. Additional Popcorn Perks can be added at any time.

Once applied to your membership, Popcorn Perks are valid for up to a 12-month period or a maximum of 36 Popcorn Awards, whichever comes first.  But don’t worry if you run out.  You can purchase additional Popcorn Perks at any time and keep enjoying your Popcorn Awards!


WHAT IF I RUN OUT OF POPCORN AWARDS BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR?

Don’t worry, if you run out you can purchase additional Popcorn Perks at any time that are good for up to 12 months from the date you add them to your membership! There is no limit on the number of Popcorn Perks that can be added to your membership throughout the year.


IF I HAVE MORE THAN ONE POPCORN PERK ON MY MEMBERSHIP, HOW MANY POPCORN AWARDS WILL I RECEIVE?

Popcorn Awards will be activated based on the number of active Popcorn Perks on your membership and the number of tickets purchased. For example, if you have two (2) Popcorn Perks on your membership, you will receive two (2) Popcorn Awards when you purchase two (2) or more tickets.


CAN I SHARE POPCORN PERKS?

Popcorn Perks are meant just for you!  Once you add a Popcorn Perk to a membership, it is not transferrable.  But don’t worry, you can purchase a Popcorn Perks Gift Voucher and gift it to someone for their membership! (See “Can I gift Popcorn Perks to someone else?”)


CAN I GIFT POPCORN PERKS TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Yes, you can purchase Popcorn Perks Gift Vouchers through the mobile app, online HERE or at any Harkins Theatres location and gift them to someone else to apply to their own My Harkins Awards membership. Once applied to a membership, issued Popcorn Awards may only be redeemed by household members.


IF I WATCH MULTIPLE MOVIES IN ONE DAY, CAN I RECEIVE A POPCORN AWARD FOR EACH MOVIE TICKET I PURCHASE?

Yes! For a membership with one (1) Popcorn Perk: Yes, as long as the showtimes are not overlapping.

For a membership with two or more Popcorn Perks: Yes, one per admission, up to the number of Popcorn Perks available on the membership.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE POPCORN AWARDS?

When you go to the movies at Harkins Theatres! Popcorn Awards will be added to your membership within a minute of your purchase for movies showing same day.  For advanced ticket purchases, your Popcorn Awards will be added first thing the morning of your movie.


HOW LONG ARE POPCORN AWARDS VALID?

Popcorn Awards are valid up to 180 days from the date of issuance and can be redeemed at the concession stand when you present your My Harkins Awards number or digital/physical membership card. This gives you the option to redeem your Popcorn Award right away or save it for a future visit. 


CAN I SHARE POPCORN AWARDS?

Popcorn Awards are not transferrable to another membership however, you can save up your Popcorn Awards when issued and redeem more than one on the next visit.


CAN I UPGRADE THE POPCORN AWARD TO A LARGER SIZE?

Yes!  You may upgrade the medium popcorn to a larger size for an additional charge.


WHAT HAPPENS TO MY UNUSED POPCORN PERKS MEMBERSHIP?

You are entitled to receive at least $30 in value if you purchase Popcorn Perks.  If you don’t redeem at least $30 in value within twelve months (as calculated using the then-current price of a medium popcorn), let us know and we’ll provide you with a Harkins gift card for the difference between the value of the popcorn you were able to redeem and $30, which you may use on our website or at any of our theatres. For assistance with unused Popcorn Perks, email us with the details through contact us or at Guest‌Ser‌vices‌@harkins.com


WILL I RECEIVE A POPCORN AWARD IF I USE A PASS OR DISCOUNTED TICKET?

Yes!  Just present your My Harkins Awards number or digital/physical membership card when you redeem your pass for your movie ticket and you will be awarded your Popcorn Award for the day of the movie.


WILL I BE ABLE TO USE POPCORN PERKS FOR A POPCORN AWARD IF I PURCHASED A BOOK OF SUMMER MOVIE FUN (SMF) TICKETS?

Yes!  Just present your My Harkins Awards number or digital/physical membership card at Box Office, Guest Services or at Concessions and we will be able to award you your Popcorn Award.

WHERE MAY I GET UPDATES ON MY ORDER STATUS?

If the order was purchased under your My Harkins Awards account, the Order Status may be viewed from your My Harkins Dashboard. To access, sign into your My Harkins Awards account and select My Harkins Dashboard from the dropdown. In the Purchase History & Awards section, select the corresponding Store Purchase to view the Order Status.

Please note that orders with physical product require up to two business days for processing before being shipped.

If a trackable shipping option was selected during checkout, an automated email with tracking information will be sent to your provided email once the order has been completed.

Digital items will be delivered to the email provided on the products page within 2 minutes of the purchase.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please note all orders with physical product require up to two business days for processing before being shipped.

If you have selected USPS First-Class Mail Stamped Letter, tracking information is unavailable. If you have not received your order within 7-10 business days, please email us at OnlineSales@Harkins.com or manage your order through your My Harkins Awards account under the Purchase History & Awards section.

If you have selected USPS First-Class Package or FedEx Ground, 2nd Day, or Overnight delivery, you may track your package using the tracking number found in the automated email sent to you upon completion of the order.


THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If the purchase was made while logged into a My Harkins Awards account, please log back into the account and select My Harkins Dashboard from the dropdown menu. In the Purchase History & Awards section, select the corresponding Store Purchase and select the Manage Order button. Complete fields as directed.

MY PAYMENT ISN’T BEING ACCEPTED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please verify the information input in the billing information. Harkins is considered an entertainment purchase and with business credit cards, on occasion, there is a restriction placed on the type of purchase that may be made.  If you believe this is the reason your credit card is not going through, please contact your credit card company and authorize the transaction.


DO I EARN POINTS WHEN I PURCHASE DISCOUNTED TICKETS?

Discount ticket purchases are not eligible to earn points with My Harkins Awards. However, for those of you who use VIP discounted tickets, you will earn two (2) points upon use at the theatre box office regardless of the total cost of the VIP discounted ticket.

Cash, American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Harkins Gift Cards are all accepted.


DO YOU ALLOW OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS?

Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the theatre.


HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO SEE A RATED R MOVIE?

Guests must be at least 17 years of age to attend a Rated R movie. Guests under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult to gain admittance to Rated R films. Adult guardians must be present for the duration of the film.


HOW CAN I ADVERTISE MY BUSINESS ON SCREEN?

HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO WORK AT HARKINS?

Applicants must be at least 16 years of age to be considered for a position at Harkins Theatres. Applicants located in California must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for a position at Harkins Theatres.


I SUBMITTED AN APPLICATION FOR A THEATRE POSITION, HOW CAN I FOLLOW UP ON THE STATUS OF MY APPLICATION?

Applications are reviewed regularly by the management team at the theatre. To check the status of your application, please feel free to contact the theatre box office directly.


HOW CAN I APPLY FOR A POSITION AT HARKINS?

WHAT AGE QUALIFIES FOR A CHILD TICKET?

Children ages 3 – 13 qualify for the Child ticket type online and at the theatre. 


WHAT AGE QUALIFIES FOR A SENIOR TICKET?

Guests ages 60 and over qualify for the Senior ticket type online and at the theatre. 


WHAT DAYS AND TIMES DOES THE THEATRE OPERATE?

Harkins Theatres operates 365 days a year. Operating hours will vary based on the day and location. The theatre box office opens approximately 30 minutes prior to the first scheduled show of the day and will close 20 minutes after the last scheduled showtime.


IS YOUR POPCORN AVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING?

Yes! Please visit our online store for more information on our popcorn offerings.


WHAT IS AN ULTIMATE LOUNGER?

Harkins Ultimate Loungers are plush leather recliners. The back and footrest of the seat can be adjusted for your comfort from the armrest.


WHAT IS AN ULTIMATE ROCKER?

Ultimate Rocker chairs are traditional rocking theatre seats.


WHAT IS AN ULTIMATE PLUSH ROCKER?

Ultimate Plush Rockers are wider than traditional theatre seats and are constructed of plush leather material.

Carefully review the information on the quote and contact your Sales Specialist to review details or book your event.  Events are not confirmed until you receive a signed contract from a Harkins Representative.

AV Equipment

Harkins talented staff of engineers are ready to help make your event perfect.  Our theatres are equipped with LCD projectors, DVD Players and can incorporate your PowerPoint presentation with a laptop. Harkins has specific gaming compatible auditoriums with high-speed internet connections available at most locations.

NOTE: Harkins does not supply laptops or PCs. Clients are responsible for providing their own computer equipment.

Microphones, podiums, and internet capabilities are available at select locations. 


3D Events

Private rentals for 3D films are available on a limited basis. Please contact a Sales Specialist by email at Events@Harkins.com


Payment

Final payment is due prior to the start of your event. Harkins will not permit access to the auditorium on the day of the event until payment is made in full.  Harkins accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Cash. Gift Cards are not accepted for rental payment.


Cancellation

Harkins requires a 7-business day written notice of cancellation before the date of your scheduled event. Cancellations with less than a 7-business day notice will be accepted with full payment. Any non-payments will disqualify your group from any future auditorium rentals.
